Who makes your candles?
We do! We are a small family-run business. Every Lucian product you purchase has been lovingly designed, poured and packaged by one of us in our home studio in Canberra.
What ingredients do you use in your candles?
Our candles are made with soy wax, cotton wicks, and a blend of fragrance oils & essential oils.
Do you use synthetic fragrances?
Yes, we do. Through working with various ingredients over time we have found that they are more sustainable to produce, more stable to work with and allow us to provide you with affordable products. We are comfortable to say that these products are safe to use in your home, around pets and children (with safety precuastions in place of course).
Can I place an order for personalised products?
We offer completely customisable products for a minimum order of 20
Do you offer refills?
We offer refills on all our products. Our refill copllection point in Canberra is at Pop, on Lonsdale st in Braddon. If you are outside of Canberra, shoot us an email and we can let you know of postage costs. you can find more info about our refills on our refills page.
Can I recycle my Lucian products?
Yes. If you do not want to place a refill order, we recommend reusing your products. The Stozle glasses make amazing whiskey or mocktail glasses, and the tins are so handy for storing bits & pieces (needles, . our diffuser bottles make perfect plant propagations vessels too! If you have enough vessels at home, clear out the product residue and place our products in your recycling.
How do I clean out my candle vessels?
You can place your tins or glasses in the freezer, this will cause the wax to shrink and break away from the edge, tip out the wax and pull the leftover wick from the bottom. Alternatively, putting your vessels in the over will melt the wax residue, wipe away. We recommend putting your vessels through the dishwasher or into hot soapy water before using.
Can I change my order?
If we have not shipped the order, yes. Email us via your order confirmation and we'll get back to you with your options.
Can I pick up my order?
We do not offer pickup at this time, visit one of our stockists to see our prodcuts in person.
Do you offer wholesale or reduced rates for bulk orders?
We're always on the hunt for more stockicts, if you would like to stock our products in your store, head to our wholesalers page for more info.

Where do you ship?
Everywhere in Australia for free! (& most of the rest of the world for a fee).
Do you ship internationally?
We do! Fill out your adress at checkout to find out your shipping rate, they vary!
Do you offer free shipping?
All Australian orders enjoy free shipping!
Do you offer express post?
We have a $15 express post option available at checkout for Australian orders.
How long will it take to get my order?
We make in small batches and often to order with our glass products, so expect your order to be shipped within 3-5 days, postage times can vary state to state, generally we advise you will recieve your order within 7-10 days.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We use sendle for all our Australian orders, Australia Post for express and international orders.
Where can I find my tracking?
All online orders recieve tracking information, you can find this through the email confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started.
If your order arrived damaged, with missing items or you have another issue, please send us an email within 48 hours. Please include photos with a detailed description, we'll do our best to sort it out for you.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We are unable to cover any shipping fees for returns.
